Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipment.

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding postal holidays.

Free Shipping

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping rates and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

Local Pickup

At this time, Tintera does not offer regular local pickup.

However, we occasionally offer free order pickup during select pop-ups, markets, and community events. When available, this option will appear at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been handed over to USPS, delivery times are outside of our control.

While Tintera is not responsible for carrier delays, we are always happy to help if an issue arises. Please contact us at hello@tinterapr.com and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Tintera is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make changes before your order ships.
