We want you to be happy with your purchase! Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Sale and clearance items are final sale.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll gladly assist.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if requested prior to shipment. Once fulfilled, cancellations may not be possible.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipment.

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding postal holidays.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

Local Pickup

At this time, Tintera does not offer regular local pickup.

However, we occasionally offer free order pickup during select pop-ups, markets, and community events. When available, this option will appear at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been handed over to USPS, delivery times are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
